Why we built SPC.

SPC exists because the industry's default model leaves owners outnumbered. Contractors, consultants, and stakeholders each bring their own interests, and no one at the table has protecting yours as their only job.

SPC Development & Construction is an owner's representative and construction management firm. We do not act as the general contractor or the developer. We work exclusively on the owner's behalf, managing the contractors, consultants, and stakeholders responsible for delivery. When cost, schedule, and quality all answer to one advocate, there is nowhere for a problem to hide and no one else to hand it to.

The firm is new. The playbook isn't. Our team has worked and built on both sides of the table: inside hyperscale ownership groups like Microsoft, Oracle Cloud, and AWS, and inside the GCs delivering mission-critical, healthcare, government, and mixed-use projects. We don't just speak the GC's language. We've done the GC's job. SPC is the advocate our founders always wanted to hire.
